Book your 1:1 onboarding call with Michelle.

Michelle will ask you about problem customers, aged receivables and areas for improvement in your systems and procedures. She'll invite you to speak openly about your current team's strengths and weaknesses. Bring your management team and any operational staff who are authorised to know about commercially sensitive information and can add value to this discussion.

The goal is for Michelle to get to know you and your business and to identify areas that the Subbies' Toolbox can help you with straight away.
